We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Please check it as soon as possible after receipt and please do not open accessories before checking the main item(s) for size.
If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase then we will gladly refund or exchange it subject to this returns policy.


Policy

  • We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
  • It is ok to try costumes, dresses and outer clothing on for size but please be aware that it is easy to tell if items have been used rather that tried on for size. Lingerie items or swimwear may be tried on over other clothing but items of an intimate nature can not be returned for hygiene reasons. Shoes and boots must be tried on over socks or stockings and only on carpets.
  • If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase then we will gladly refund or exchange it subject to this returns policy.
  • If you wish to cancel your order or return an item then you must notify us by email within 7 days of the day after delivery of the item.
  • All returns must be agreed in advance and returned within 28 days from when you received them.
  • Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
  • Items of an intimate nature, e.g. knickers, tights, wigs or body stockings, can not be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Items in sealed packaging can only be returned if the pack has not been opened. (Costumes, dresses and shoes do not come in sealed packaging. Some items come in resealable packaging.)
  • Returns will only be accepted and refunds or exchanges offered if items are returned to us unused and unwashed, in original condition with tags intact, with original packaging, free from any marks (e.g. make-up or scratched shoe soles) or odors (e.g. perfume or cigarette smoke) and returned in accordance with our returns procedure detailed below.
  • Items returned to us smelling of cigarette smoke will not be accepted for refund or exchange. (If you or someone in your building does smoke then please try items on in a smoke free environment.)
  • Packing and postage costs are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the item and the packing and postage costs of any exchange item. These costs must be paid in advance.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage within the postal system.

 

Procedure

  1. If you wish to return an item and can do so in compliance with our returns policy, then please email us within 7 days of the day after delivery of the item, explaining why you wish to return it.
  2. We will confirm our agreement to the return, if agreed, and give you a return authorisation number and explain what information to include in the return package.
  3. The item must be returned to us within 7 days of our email authorising return (14 days if outside of the UK).
  4. We recommend you use a recorded or track and trace postal method that provides sufficient insurance cover for the value posted. Alternatively, if you have cancelled your order within 7 days, you can choose for us to arrange collection of the item from you, at your cost to be paid in advance.
  5. On receipt of the package, we will determine whether the item is acceptable for return in accordance with our policy.
  6. If the item is acceptable then we will agree with you by email to either refund, replace or exchange the item subject to availability. Refunds will be paid within 7 days of this agreement. A 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund at our discretion although this will not be applied if you have cancelled your order within 7 days of the day after delivery of the item.
  7. If the item is not acceptable then we will return it to you with an explanation of the reasons for its return.
  8. If you have found an item to be found to be defective in any way then our liability is limited to the price paid for the item but only once it has been returned to us in the condition in which you received it.
